Jet Lag Recovery Computer
JL‑01 · Route Adaptation Timeline Generator
How to use this planner
Build your recovery plan in 4 quick steps:
- Select your origin and destination from the airport search suggestions.
- Set your usual bedtime and wake time.
- Move the recovery slider from Gentle to Aggressive.
- Follow the destination-time sleep plan shown in the table.
Turn on Advanced Mode to help you plan sleep after landing based on how much you can actually sleep on the plane. Since everyone sleeps differently in flight, the table shows simple scenarios (75%, 50%, and 25% of travel time asleep). For each scenario, you can quickly see how much sleep you still need after you land.
Use the scenario that best matches your in-flight sleep habits to choose a realistic recovery target for your first day at destination.
This tool accounts for daylight saving time at both origin and destination when calculating the time-zone difference for today.
Tip: include travel time to the departure airport and from arrival airport in these times. The Arrival date and times should be the destination time zone.
